Duo Series: Bypass Gas Timer

Flex. Kit for Easy Installation
For model BG-GTS-05, the gas timer with bypass is provided with 3/8-inch NPT male connectors on both the inlet and outlet parts, and a flexible propane hose ready for use.
This kit allows users the flexibility to choose the ideal length of the propane hose on demand, to build up the connections between the propane tank and the gas grill with ease. You don’t have to figure out all the complicated specs of accessories; No Worriez takes care of it!

Bypass for Flexible Usage
This smart gas timer is crafted with an additional function called Bypass, it’s a continuous gas supply mode that supports long-time usage. You can easily switch between the regular auto-off timer mode and the Bypass mode, based on the scenario in which you have a demand.
The side button is a mistake-proofing design, preventing users from mis-triggering the Bypass function. Before you use it, please follow the instructions to initiate it!

Tips of Installation

Direction of the Gas Flow
IN - You should connect the propane/gas supply to the IN side of the gas timer to allow gas to pass through the timer’s valve.
OUT - Connect the OUT side of the timer to the gas grill. We also make a sticker indicate this side is "To The Grill"
IMPORTANT: The gas valve of the timer is directional, if the gas pressure comes from the wrong side, it can damage the gas valve and cause the timer’s function to fail. -
Flexibility in Mounting Your Gas Timer
No Worriez gas timer provides two methods to mount your gas timer：
- Secure with cable tie
- Secure with screws; the spec of the thread hole on the back is #10-24 (3/16-24)

-IMPORTANT: To initially set up the timer, ensure the grill, gas tank and timer are all in turn off position and turn the dial clockwise past the 60-minute mark first and then turn it counter-clockwise to the “OFF” position. This is a one-time requirement for activating the mechanical timer.

-Important Note:
If you want to set the timer less than 20 minute mark, ensure to turn the dial over the 60 minute mark, and then turn the dial back to the time you want to set. For example, if you’re setting for 10 or 15 minutes.
If under long term not using, please turn the dial clockwise past the 60 minute mark first and then tur n it counter clockwise to the “OFF” position. This is a one time requirement for activating the mechanical timer.
We recommend do it once a while to keep dial spring in perfect working condition.
